Kena Norris, Executive Director

Kena Norris, D.Sc., MJ, FACHE is the executive director of CCPA and CCPA Purchasing Partners. Dr. Norris joins CCPA/PP after five years as the Chief Operating Officer for the Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (ICAAP). Prior to her tenure at ICAAP, Dr. Norris served as executive management for other medical associations, including the Illinois Primary Health Care Association and the Illinois Health Education Consortium. She holds a Doctor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from The University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Master of Jurisprudence degree in Health Law and Policy from Loyola University in Chicago, and she is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
LaVonna V. Swilley, Director of Operations

LaVonna V. Swilley, MBA is the Director of Operations for CCPA. LaVonna manages CCPA’s fifteen managed care contracts and works as the liaison between the members’ practices and the managed care payors. She also coordinates the day-to-day operations of CCPA.

Micaela Andres, RHIA is the Member Relations Specialist for CCPA. Micaela manages the enrollment of new members into CCPA. She assists with the marketing and communicating of CCPA's updates and programs to ensure that our members have the most current information available regarding our organization.
